Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Yes! We offer Express Shipping (2–3 business days via UPS/FedEx) for 2.99, and Overnight Shipping (1 business day via FedEx Priority) for $24.99. Overnight shipping is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days.
Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii via standard shipping rates. Please note: orders to AK and HI are not eligible for the free shipping threshold ($75+). Overnight shipping via FedEx Priority is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Express shipping to AK/HI may have additional transit time.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $75 or more shipped to the contiguous 48 United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). The free shipping threshold applies to your merchandise subtotal before taxes. Simply add $75+ of items to your cart and free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or email us at [email protected].
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags still attached. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
We can only accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after receipt are not eligible for return. If your item arrived defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo.
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account.
We sincerely apologize for any quality issues. Please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage or defect. We will immediately arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item. Your satisfaction is our priority.
We currently process exchanges as a return-and-reorder. Return the original item within 30 days, and place a new order for your preferred size or color. Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. We recommend placing the new order immediately so you don't miss out on your preferred item.
Our boxy tees are intentionally oversized. For our signature boxy silhouette, we recommend ordering your standard size. If you prefer an extra-oversized look, size up one. Our full size chart is available on each product page. Sizes run from XS (chest 32–34") to 2XL (chest 42–44"). If you're between sizes or want a more relaxed fit, size up.
At this time, BELLA BOHO ships exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We're working on international shipping and hope to offer it in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal's secure checkout platform. All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS. We never store your credit card information on our servers. You can pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or any major credit or debit card.
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can use our 30-day return process.
For best results: Machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low, or lay flat to dry to maintain shape and prevent shrinkage. Do not bleach. Do not iron over prints. Wash inside out to preserve graphic prints. Our garment-washed fabrics become softer with each wash — no special treatment needed. Detailed care instructions are printed on each garment's interior tag.
Yes! We welcome bulk orders for events, corporate gifts, and wholesale inquiries. Email [email protected] with 'Bulk Order Inquiry' in the subject line, including the items, quantities, and any customization needs. We respond to bulk inquiries within 2 business days with pricing and timeline details.
Yes. All our graphic prints use water-based, eco-friendly inks applied through a soft discharge printing process. Our inks are Oeko-Tex certified and free from harmful chemicals, heavy metals, and AZO dyes. The discharge process means the ink becomes part of the fabric rather than a coating on top, making it safe and soft against all skin types.
